New to BWI and just wanted to bump this up and give a "shout out" to preflight. Used them a month back and they were really outstanding.
(Much better than anything I've been used to around JFK/EWR)

I use http://www.thefastpark.com
They have a program where you can sign up for points. Get enough points and get free day/week.
They have two locations (Nursery Rd. is $1 cheaper).
Their buses pick you up at your car and drop you to your car. They'll help with bags.
When you leave the lot they have cold water for you.

And they have a rewards program, which makes it a no-brainer for a FTer

Ditto this. Use them every time. The service is as good as it gets for a parking lot. The shuttle driver picks you up at your car and hands you a card with your spot number on it, which you give to whoever is driving your return shuttle. No need to remember anything.

Rewards program for free parking days isn't bad either!

I like econopark express. $7.15 a day if you print out the online coupon from their website. I'm not sure if it works just by showing it on your phone. Only issue I had was early morning ~4am they picked us up at the car but forgot to give us the location card so took a bit of going up and down the rows on our way back. no big deal.. we were all a bit sleepy
