Does anyone know if they serve the same cold water lobsters in Mexico City that the USA locations sell?

edit to add: Forgot to mention that MEX Palm is not known for participating in most of the promotions that the Palm runs. I just got my email for the March lobster dinner, and IIRC they didn't do it last year.
