u can top up with mercado pay. but for me , the app is "NOT available in my country".... even if i bought my phone here... i top up at the metro bus station... easy as...

Yes, security has been taking the paper tickets for now. They reported that there's only a few stations that still have accept the paper tickets in the machine because they haven't been removed yet.
