Pay or use points?
I am considering a stay at Courtyard Venice Airport in Venice, Italy on 2/7-2/8 which is 30K points or 115 Euro. This means it's about 0.0054 $c/per point (assuming 1.4 exchange rate) which is a pretty poor ratio.
Question is how much would my final bill be for this one night stay after taxes etc.?
Thanks!

The rate you see should be inclusive of tax and service...so typically no hidden costs above room rate.
All things equal, I would pay for this one and save the points for a larger kill (i.e longer stay/package)
Anything less than .015/point for me is a pay point.
YMMV

if you make a booking, it should show you during the reservation.....and sometimes if you click on the rate rules words by the rate, it will give the tax (but not always)
hope that helps...
(i would probably pay....not sure about that hotel, but,IMO CYs are rarely worth 30K points...although maybe there are some that are....
