It all depends on your vital stats....are you flush with points? are you plat? might you need the night to qualify for gold or plat next year? Will there be another megabonus during this time?
The rate you see should be inclusive of tax and service...so typically no hidden costs above room rate.
All things equal, I would pay for this one and save the points for a larger kill (i.e longer stay/package)
Anything less than .015/point for me is a pay point.
