If you are certain that they are indeed the same room, email them back explaining. I once had the Cosmo rejected for same reason. I emailed them saying that I had been there before and know that they were the cheapest room they had that hotel. Got approved!

agreed. As long as you booked the lowest room category on Marriott.com the LNF claim should go through unless the bed type is clearly different ... e.g. Queen is listed vs. King. I have been able to successfully argue such differences in the past.

Request for LNF rate - AC Coruna

Hi,
I am looking at the moment at two different bookings for AC Marriott in Spain in two different times. In both cases I can only find similar prices as the ones listed on the Marriott website for Bed and Breakfast.

AC Coruna
Check in: Friday, May 1, 2015
Check out: Sunday, May 3, 2015
Guest(s) per room: 2
Room type(s): Guest room, 1 Queen or 2 Twin/Single Bed(s), City view
Friday, May 1, 2015: 60.00
Saturday, May 2, 2015: 60.00
Total cash rate 120.00
Total taxes and fees 12.00
Total for stay: 132.00 EUR (including taxes and breakfast)

or 110 without breakfast.

Thanks in advance.

I currently have the following LNF for 10 days in August:

Hotel: The Lexington New York City, Autograph Collection
Rate: $182.85 (+ tax)
Room: Guest room, 1 King

Should I be content, or are there better options to pursue in NYC?

Marriott Brussels Grand Palace September 2015

Location: Marriott Brussels Grand Palace
Dates: 9/22-9/26/2015
Marriott Rate: ~200 Euros/night
LNF Rate: ~$173/night
LNF Rate Website: Using the largest meta search travel engine you can find a half a dozen places with the lower rate

Notes: There are cheaper advanced rates but the cheapest fully refundable rate was ~200 E/night.

I just submitted a LNF request after booking through Marriott.

Please be gentle - this is my first post on an LNF find. :-)

OK, thanks. I wasn't necessarily looking for a specific alternative, but more general feedback (as in what are the cheapest rates you guys have achieved, at desirable properties).
Having said that my planned dates are July 30 - Aug 9

Hello, all. Looking to book in downtown Seattle, June 1-12, either in Renaissance Seattle or Seattle Marriott Waterfront. Marriott website rates currently match rates I found on a few booking sites, but I'm wondering if I'm missing anything:

Renaissance:
$329 x 3 nights
$249 x 4 nights
$329 x 2 nights
$309 x 2 nights

Waterfront:
$339 x 4 nights
$329 x 6 nights
$349 x 1 night

I wouldn't be at all surprise to hear that I'm incredibly unlikely to find anything better, but it's worth a shot, I guess
