Best rate online seems to be $279 for either Marriott or La Concha.

La Concha or Isle Verde Courtyard would also be OK.

I usually have good luck in finding LNF for this hotel but no such luck this time.

I am also looking for help with The Cosmopolitan 01/16-01/18 terrace 1 bed fountain view, or terrace studio

I'm looking for a better deal on the Courtyard Keene Downtown in Keene, NH for May 23-25, 2015.

The advance purchase rate would be $346.62 including tax (no cancellation allowed), and the weekend rate would be $368.42 including tax (cancellation until 1 day before arrival).

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even a point in the right direction. Thanks so much!
