I'll be staying a total of 4 nights in San Francisco, two on the front end and two on the back end of my trip:
Aug 21- 23
Aug 27-29

Looking at these four properties, and so far no success on a lower rate. These are the rates for the first two nights, which I will focus on for now.

JW Marriott $369
Marquis $389
Marriott Union Square $309
Marriott Fisherman's Wharf $339

I have gotten $80 for this hotel before, but I am sure that's not going to work for your dates ;)

Looking for a better rate at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas May 28-31. Best rate I'm finding is $220 for the 28th and it bumps to $380 a night for the nights of the 29th and 30th. ACC and IBM corporate rates not doing anything to lower the rate (might just be a Vegas thing?). Help is greatly appreciated!

I only just joined flyertalk today after I found this great forum. :)

I am looking for a decent rate for the Ritz-Carlton in Naples (beachfront, not the Golf resort) for one night either 9/2-9/3 or 9/11-9/12. The regular rates for a coastal view, 1 king are $449 and $519 respectively.

I always wanted to stay there and would love to celebrate my 30th birthday with a nice day on the beach :) Unfortunately, I'm not on a big budget, so any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking to stay at the Portland Marriott City Center (520 SW Broadway Portland, OR 97205 USA), checking in October 11th and Checking out October 15th. I haven't been able to beat the 199 listed rate.

I'm going to a conference and the "conference hotel" (The conference isn't actually at the hotel) is $180, so to stay somewhere else, I either need to beat that price (after all discounts) or have another perk like free breakfast that would compensate for the higher price. I'm silver status (from CC) if that makes any difference.

I don't need to book until July, so no rush. Thanks again!
