What's with the 'Send To M-soft Outlook' function?

Called M-rot, and got the standard 'Known issue/working on it' reply. This functionality has been down for weeks now.
I just recently added about 14 nights worth of stays over the next 3 weeks....none of which can be added to my calendar. This bites.
BTW - There is no ETF on this either. No one knows when it might be fixed or otherwise. Come on Marriott!

Yup, annoying and even when it does work I find it not very useful as I need to fix the in/out times to "all day / no time" and the included info doesn't include critical things (to me anyway) such as rate paid and cancellation policy. I usually just make my own with the confirmation page or email, but it is a PITA.

What is with your abbreviations for Microsoft and Marriott? How much time did you save by not typing those 10 characters?

I've found that if you try the download / send to Microsoft Outlook a number of time it often works. Perhaps two right after each other causes the second request to get the download from the first.

I don't know if s/he saved time, but "M-rot" is kind of funny.

Anyone know how to sync M-Rot reservations to a B-Berry? Just wanted to abbreviate, but if you know please give me some advice.
Thanks

Would love for them to get this feature fixed again. AA has no problem with this feature working on their website.

As I said about it works for me on the first or second try 99% of the time. What browser are you using?

I use IE and I do try the feature at least three or four times. For a long time the feature did work, now it does not. Just curious what is up...
