Lifetime Platinum
Is it possible to become Lifetime-Platinum or Lifetime-Gold? If so, what are the criteria to get it? Thanks, Wim Keesman.

Marriott Rewards offers a Platinum Lifetime (or "Emeritus") status for select Marriott Rewards members. This Platinum Elite status does not have a fixed expiration date and does not have to be renewed each year. To qualify for Platinum Lifetime status the following qualifications must be met:
Member has been a member of Marriott Rewards program for 12 years (this also applied to Gold Emeritus and Silver Emeritus).
Member has stayed 1000 nights over the history of the Marriott Rewards account. Member has accumulated at least 3,000,000 total points during the history of their account. Member has been Platinum for at least a year.
The qualifications for Gold Emeritus are 800 nights stayed and 2,000,000 points earned. The qualifications for Silver Emeritus are 600 nights stayed and 1,500,000 points earned.

One point of note is that you won't be able to find your "lifetime" info online. But the Marriott Rewards CSRs can tell you what your lifetime points, years of membership, and total number of nights are.
