Praise for staff
I've been at a CY in Mass for 10 months and would like to send an email to someone, preferably a regional manager or the likes, comending the staff on great service. Who / where would I send this praise for fantastic staff members?

I wrote a letter to the GM of Grosvenor House praising the staff/service & cc'd Bill Marriott using the above address. I'll be doing the same for the AMS Marriott shortly.
I've been told that the letters get posted in the staff room or brought up at staff meetings. Don't know if it's true or not, but hope so.
