I ordered a $2K card yesterday. Hope to use it for a 7 night stay in Maui.

Anyone know what happens when use your gift card for a folio that is in a currency other than USD?

During the check-out process the website asked if I wanted to "[e]nter an active promotional code below to apply it to your order."

I didn't think there was a special code for this promotion - I certainly could not find one listed. Is there one I can/should be entering?

Bought the 1K card at the prior mentioned link and it was delivered via DHL overnight the next business day (which was a Monday). I decided not to use it on our current trip to Canada so am saving it for Australia in January, and won't know for sure the currency conversion issues until then. I should know about MRP's for the purchase posting in about two weeks, as it was the first purchase on my new Premier card.

For the regular (12 points per dollar promo) gift card, I do not know of any promo codes to be entered. Hope you find some :)

How long has standard, USPS delivery taken for you to receive the card(s)?

Mine took 5 days (to VA.)

No discrepancy. The original offer allowed purchase through 12/1. As you quoted, the rules now say through 12/15.

Anyone else having delivery problems?
 

Still don't have the other cards for some reason. Got an email the other day that they have been processed...but still don't understand why I got one so quickly and the others are taking a few weeks! Anyone else having delivery problems?

I dont know about that. I saw it last night and would Love to get them on 12/3 as my statement closes on 12/2.

However, I didnt like that it said 12/1 on the bottom, so either the 15th was wrong above or the 1st was wrong below. either way Ill call MR tommorrow and find out. Hate to get it on 12/3 to find out that the dead-line for 12pts was still 12/1. Also does thru 12/1 included 12/1 or must the purchase have been made by 11:59pm on 11/30.

Sorry; I didn't notice the discrepancy when I posted above. I'm assuming that when they extended to the offer to th 15th, they neglected to change the language lower down in the fine print. If you purchase between the 2nd and the 15th, you probably should print out the current rule showing the offer good through the 15th, in case there are any issues.

problem with printing that out OhMark is that it does state that the promo ends on 12/1 on the bottom so MR can simply say from 12/1-12/15 it was reg pts.

I feel its best to get a CSR to tell me its been extended to 12/15 get their name and ask them to note my acct accordingly.

There are no "regular points" for the purchase of gift cards.

I e-mailed Chris about the expiration issue, and asked him to post here asap.

that was a great idea. However I wouldnt expect an answer till late tommorrow. As Im sure just as William (SPG Lurker) is away till tommorow, Chris is away also and when they both get back thats 4 days of catch-up to do.

Im still gonna call MR tommorow, hopefully its a typo that they forgot to change the 2nd date as well to the 15th. otherwise Ill buy it on the 30th and hope that for some reason it doesnt clear my CC till after it closes. If it hits thats OK also, worth the 25,000k really 35k
