Trouble Signing In
I'VE BEEN TRYING TO SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT ALL DAY AND I GET THIS MESSAGE,
"An error has occurred:
Invalid user name and/or password (7)."
ANYBODY HAS THE SAME PROBLEM?

Yep...same problem. Therefore it doesn't appear to be isolated.

Tried calling their customer service, but the wait time was too long that I just hanged up. I'll check back tommorrow.

I can sign in just fine with both my account and my wife's account.

I could sign into my husbands account today from here in NY but he was unable to sign in from Madrid.
