What is this bonus?

I recently had a stay posted from the Ren Arts hotel; along with the base, plat bonus, and Visa bonus, there was this line:
RENAISSANCE ARTS HOTEL DEC MEO 1,500

Does anyone know what that is? Mostly, I'm looking to verify that this is completely unrelated to the usual 500 point Plat Arrival gift, which did not post. Before I call to request the missing points, I want to make sure that they won't take 1000 or 1500 away to credit 500...

Most likely a bonus that was mentioned in the newsletter.

I believe MEO stands for "Member Exclusive Offer" (possibly reserved under the M11 code?)

So are you telling me that because I used an EEO and got a free night, that they also gave me 1500 points for not paying for that night? Wow.

Sure looks that way

Given the state of the tourist industry in NO right now, it doesn't surprise me that they might be generous in throwing you a few bonus points.

And I don't think this has anything to do with your missing Platinum arrival gift.
