Maui / AZ
The Maui Marriott was one of the most kid friendly hotels we have ever visited
We are marriott platinum and travel a lot on points. The pool was massive with a kids shipwreck / mini water park in the pool area.
It was a amazing hotel.
The JW Marriott in Desert Ridge, AZ was also very kid friendly with a 3 1/2 ft lazy river with tubes and multiple other pools

My first thought was also the Maui Marriott....great pool and great on-site activities daily for the kids.
If Hawaii doesn't work with your plans, we also think the Marriott Orlando World (huge pool, game room, glass elevators and many activities) and Renaissance SeaWorld Orlando (big pool, lobby with birds, koi, etc.) were great for the kids.
I personally liked the Marriott Grand Cayman....they have a reef for snorkeling right at their beach and I think your boys would love it. Also, a boat trip from there to StingRay City is a must! My boys also loved going to the Turtle Farm on Grand Cayman. It's a small island so everything is close. For young boys, I think it has a lot of interesting things to do. (There is also a Courtyard on Grand Cayman that will require less points per night than the full fledged Marriott.)
If your kids just love watching planes, there's always the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta!
Marriott CasaMagna in Cancun was great but that is currently closed due to the hurricane and won't reopen for a few months.
Depending on your timing, the Marriott in Puerta Vallarta has a turtle release program during the month of September where hatchlings are sent back into the ocean....sounds like fun.
Hope this helps some, and welcome to FlyerTalk!

FWIW, I like all the above suggestions. It depends on what you personally like.

We have enjoyed Marriott Kauai and most of the Vacation Club properties in and around Orlando. (We have family in Orlando so we always seem to end up staying at one of those because we like the 2-bdrm condos.) But there are probably 100 good choices that will meet your needs, as Marriott has a lot of good "resort-style" properties.
So give us a little help on rough geography, and maybe a bit about the stuff you guys like to do. Don't forget about the stuff YOU like to do, not just the kiddies...you aren't going to sit at the swimming pool 12 hours a day!
