missing stays and contact with MR help desk

how long should it take to have 2 missing stays posted correctly from a
switzerland hotel? The stays ere at the end of May

i have contacted MR several times and faxed the reciepts 2 times and still
nothing. I even got name/extensions of the CSR but there is not way to key in the extension.

Also there does not seem to be an 800 number..

any advise would be helpful

Once one of the agents answers, just give the extension number and name to the new agent and they will transfer you or leave a message. There is no toll free number for non-plats.
