missing stays and contact with MR help desk
how long should it take to have 2 missing stays posted correctly from a
switzerland hotel? The stays ere at the end of May i have contacted MR several times and faxed the reciepts 2 times and still nothing. I even got name/extensions of the CSR but there is not way to key in the extension. Also there does not seem to be an 800 number.. any advise would be helpful thanks |
Once one of the agents answers, just give the extension number and name to the new agent and they will transfer you or leave a message. There is no toll free number for non-plats.
