Problems Viewing Reservations on Web
Up until late last week I was able to view all my reservations on the MR web site. This included those made through a travel agent or through the Platinum line. Now I can see none. It just asks me to key in the reservation number in order to view each individually.
I e-mailed site support about this. They responded saying that I would not have this capability unless I made the reservation directly through the web site.
I know this is not true because I was able to see all of them until last week. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I too am having the same difficulty as boltor. I was able to review all my resv simply by loggin in. Now I must provide the resv conf # in order to see the resv. What gives? Chris?

I have a similar problem with an award reservation made through the platinum desk. They can't explain why I can't see it, but confirmed I should be able to see it.

Wow, they did change the look up reservations interface. I book all of my reservations via their web site so am able to see all my reservations. Sorry to hear others are having problems. However, the nice thing for us that do book online is that we are now able to change our reservations, which previously required a phone call. Nice addition!

Works for me
All of my business reservations are booked through my corporate travel department. Company policy... Personal reservations are booked via the web. I can see both types of reservations pretty much real time. I.e. About 5 minutes or so after I finish talking to my travel agent, the reservation shows up on the web.
Only weirdness I sometimes experience, is that the smoking/room type preferences sometimes display incorrectly (e.g. as not offered) for the reservations booked by the agent. I know it is incorrect, because I can do a direct reservation via the web at the same time and the desired room and smoking preference shows up as guaranteed immediately. Never had a problem on check-in. They always seem to have the correct preferences listed. As a GP member they always honor the request (like they are suppose to :-)).
