Points Transfers
I was trying to transfer some points to a relative, but customer service said that feature wasn't 'live" yet.
Anyone successfully transferred points to another member post merger?

I had the same problem.. and I think it's ridiculous that you have to call them for a simple points transfer. One of the things I miss most after the merger is the option to share points with your family (or was it the same address) for free that SPG used to offer.
