I believe it’s 45,000 for the cat 1-5.
Not it so sure on the car 6 although I would guess at 70,000.

If the OP cashes in both certs, it’s worth a total of 120,000 points.

I am confused. Does this mean I can change my certificates (I have 3 category 1-5) into points? Is so, does doing so eliminate the expiration date or would the received points in the exchange still have one?

You can't cash in individual night certs like Megabonus or credit card ones that weren't earned from points redemptions.
