Reservation Help

If there is anyone here at Marriott that can help this would be great. I feel like I'm running out of options and my patience is running thing. GF book a reservation and of course we want to get my Gold Elite benefits. I never really do this as I usually book. I called up the support line and was told just to do it on the website. I was on the mobile website, which sucks, and made the change. Without realizing it two things happened I changed the reservation to my name, which was fine, and secondly I added another night and therefore modified the rate to be + $100/night. I do not need the extra night and of course of want my original rate back. I called the support line immediately upon realizing this, last Friday. They opened up a ticket and said I should hear back in 3-5 days and that has yet to happen. I have been on hold for 45+ minutes as I type this waiting for a Supervisor in Customer care. As the CSR told me that the ticket is still open. Can anyone help?
