When are points supposed to be pulled for awards?
Sorry if this has been covered - I couldn't find a thread with search. I booked 2 awards, for May. Both took the points from my account upon booking. Cancelled one, points went back, and then booked a replacement. Got confirmation email and points haven't been pulled (there were enough in my account at the time of booking to cover the entire reservation). Will they come out when I check in? Should I be concerned?
