Is Marriott.com up and running today? "Invalid user name and/or password (7)" error
Can you login to Marriott.com today?
I can't login to Marriott.com today and receive the following error message: Please correct the following and try again. •Invalid user name and/or password (7). When I clicked to "Reset a password" link on Marriott.com, clicked on a password reset link in my e-mail, reset a password and tried to login again, I have received the same error message: Please correct the following and try again. •Invalid user name and/or password (7). |
Same thing for me. I jumped in here to see if happening to others. I reset my password but still cannot get on. Sounds like they are having website issues.
|
same issue. seems down.
|
Same here.. Pisses me off since I've been a Platinum member w/them for years and I'm on the website all the time, so I know for a fact that my PW isn't 'incorrect'.. Had to change it, now I've got a another new PW to remember.. Plus can't make any reservations at the moment.. Hope they get it figured out quick.

Same issues here, even after resetting my password.

Seems to be working now

Sweet that it's back-up. I became Marriott Gold today and needed online access to grab a screenshot to annoy my statusless brother...

Account locked Your account has been temporarily locked due to too many failed attempts to sign in. Are you kidding me?! I had to reset my password like others here and tried hours later with the new password and now it won't work. There should be ramnifications when IT people screw up. I tried calling as well as have up after 45 mins on hold. I don't even know how to unlock the damn account and there is no phone number provided other than the one that no one picks up. :td: Well done Marriott, treating your Plats right. |
