I'll say! Just logged in and my account is showing NO reservations. My wife's too. We should have 7 between us.

Edit: Mobile apps are showing correct reservations.

I am seeing the same thing -- website shows no reservations (or activity) -- and the mobile app looks fine (reservations are showing.)

In both places, my points and status are correct.

+1 for me. Weird.

I first saw no reservations, then was able to click Reservation Details and see all of them. But I was able to change a reservation, and make new reservations. But while I was able to see my Account Overview, every time I went to look at Account Activity, it claimed my session had expired, except if I then went to another page (like Reservations), it was clear my session was still active.

As an update, I logged in on the mobile site and everything was working normally. Also, tried Safari without any issues. Chrome is still having trouble.

Edit: Chrome Incognito window works fine...

Yeah, same here. The login screen shows no reservations, but if you click on the link in the upper right corner, then click on View All Reservations everything looks correct.

Since yesterday, and again this morning, I tried to access Marriott's site. I keep getting the message "unable to log in".

I used different browsers plus a mobile app.

I called Marriott last night and I was told that "some users" are having trouble accessing the site.

Marriott might want to look into getting some training for its web site programmers.

I'm having the same problems as mentioned above. When I saw 0 in "My Reservations" at the top of the screen, I panicked since my next one is in a view that's no longer available. Fortunately, it's still there.

I was able to log in and my stay is there. Sorry you are having issues

I've been getting a lot of invalid password error messages recently. I can't believe that I'm typing it incorrectly so often.

Same here. Glad it isn't just me.

I could not access activity for my husband and me last night and it continues today. Back in the day, many programmers were on drugs. I am thinking that today is no different. Maybe their computer folks moved to Colorado...

Makes one wonder if they have a plan to change their website. I hate that, especially United's. Make work for the computing staff.

Did you try clicking on "view my reservations"? For everone else so far, that has worked. Yes, the count of reservations is displayed as 0, and the summary in drop down says there aren't any upcoming reservations, but if you click to view all your reservations, they show there.

On the other hand, the account activity issue affects all pages, not just the summary.

RobUAIntl Jan 28, 2016 12:33 pm

Parts of the site seem to work and others don't. I can log in and if I go to the "My Account" page, I can see reservations and point totals (even though the top page says "zero reservations". It does say I have no activity in the last 30 days (which is incorrect) and when I click on "my activity" I get:
Unable to Sign In

This has been going on for several days. I've tried different browsers and all show the same things.

Any suggestions?
