Up on one computer, down on the other
I am at work right now. Tried to log in on my official company computer. No luck using the link in my Favorites folder. No luck doing a search on yahoo for Marriott and then clicking on any of the "go straight to Marriott.com" links. Every possible link to Marriott gives me a "site not found" error message.
I then used my personal laptop in my office which is connected to the internet using Wi-Fi. No problem. Site opened up as normal. The speed when going from page to page was fine. Mark |

The amount of hacking attempts has grown exponentially in the last few years. I wouldn't be surprised if they're under attack right now.
For me, all I can get at the moment is a "Sorry, we can't find the page your requested" splash. All the links on that page just redirect to the "sorry" page. This nonsense started when they updated their site. Never before have there been such issues. They already lost a ton of business from me this year. |
I can't seem to log into Marriott.com this morning.

I'm bumping this thread since I'm having the same problem. Anyone else?

I had issues a few days ago, I would try to login and just got redirected a generic error page that said we can't log you in right. I called and they let me know they have been experiencing intermittent issues, and the general error usually meant that was the cause.
It started working for me the next day. If you're worried about your account, or need something right away, the phone agents can take care of what you need (in my case she emailed me a copy of a folio I was trying to look up). |

Large companies often have many layers of phase-gates, checks, and manual approvals that all need to happen before any kind of software (especially customer-facing software such as a website) hits a production environment.

When I tried to log in this morning to check my cert of the Travel Package redeemed yesterday, I got the Unable to Sign In message.
Anybody has trouble signing in Marriott site this morning? |
MR Website - Unable to log in.
Anyone else experiencing problems with log in in at the MR website?
I've tried several times, and several different ways over the past 2 hours. It just keeps telling me "Incorrect email address, Rewards number and/or password." |
I can log in just fine.

One bit of good news is that I can log in using the app on iPhone and everything appears OK with my account.
