I'm not certain. I've been staying there for almost 2 years, and I've never asked if they grant exterior health club access. There's a gym in the hotel (3rd floor), and it has 2 exercise bikes -- one upright, and one recumbent. When I exercise, that's what I use. There are also a couple of elliptical machines, about 5 treadmills, as well as some free weights (small), and about 4-5 different weight machines.

All upcoming stays for me at Marriott Dulles Suites for the month of September have been cancelled due to the horrible Marriott fall promo, and the really good Hyatt fall promotion.
