I'm not certain. I've been staying there for almost 2 years, and I've never asked if they grant exterior health club access. There's a gym in the hotel (3rd floor), and it has 2 exercise bikes -- one upright, and one recumbent. When I exercise, that's what I use. There are also a couple of elliptical machines, about 5 treadmills, as well as some free weights (small), and about 4-5 different weight machines.
