Courtyard opening in Edinburgh in October. No category yet; will be assigned as it gets closer to opening date.

"We have a prime location, just a five-minute walk from Princes Street, Waverley Station and Edinburgh Tram on York Place and nine miles from Edinburgh Airport."
Cheers.

Hi,
Looks like it is just a short walk ( 1 -2min) walk down Leith Walk from the Glasshouse hotel.
It is uphill to Princes Street and Waverley Station.
There is a shopping centre ( St James's )nearby but this will close for redevelopment later on in 2016 until 2020.
Regards

Anyone think that the Glasshouse may drop out of Marriott with the CY right next door? I liked my 5 night stay at Glasshouse (minus me setting off the smoke alarm and evacuating the building because I fell asleep with the shower running), but for my purposes a CY with a proper bar would have been better... with it being almost next door I'd stay there vs another visit to the Glasshouse.
Can't beat the view from the roof garden though... was very nice for that part of town.
