The RIMix at RI??

I saw this note while staying at the RI Buffalo Amherst on the kitchen table. Anyone know what this is, and if its being rolled out to all RIs?

First thing that I notice is that it's going from Mon-Thu social hour to Mon-Wed "with a twist" seems like a devaluation if anything...

Here's the full size image

Edit: I just noticed that it says "all Residence Inn"

it is being rolled out chainwide - from the memo's I've read overall it's a good thing (it's more of a standardization IMO)

Can't believe you said that with a straight face . It was a few years ago that Marriott rolled back the evening social hour from M-Thurs with the carrot that offerings would be more robust on the 3 days & that it would "standardize" the RI social hour - which basically resulted in not much changing other than some embraced the 3 days vs. 4 & offerings ranged from barely anything to some more robust. If you recall, I actually started a thread saying post your RI experiences. Perhaps if I've got time later today I'll pull that thread up & this one can get merged into that

Cheers.
