I "liked" a bunch of the properties on Facebook and followed a bunch on Twitter 3 days ago. Just woke up this morning to see email confirmations of all these activities, all saying "If you still like/follow us next week, we'll put 250 points into your account."

OK, so I finally was able to register yesterday and link my various accounts. As I am most active on Twitter, I immediately followed the first 2 properties on the Wiki list, the Anaheim Marriott and the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.

Today, I received 3 confirmation emails - 1 for @AnaheimMarriott, and 1 each for @RenHotels and @Marriott, which I have been following for months now. So, it seems you get credit even if you started following the accounts prior to the start of the program .

I liked six facebook hotels yesterday, got the confirmation mid afternoon today. I liked two more facebook hotels today and got the confirmation right away.

I FB-Liked 4 properties on 5/08 afternoon. I got the initial confirmation emails for each at 7:52 pm that night. Tonight, 5/15, at 8:14 pm, I got emails that my account had been credited 250 for each. And it was.

Only Facebook is clickable as an option to connect for me. Anyone else come across this?

It was that way for me too...until I linked FB. Once I did that, I could link the others.

You MUST link an active Facebook account first before linking your other accounts. Annoying for those not active on FB but active on other sites. I wonder if this requirement will remain if/when this goes beyond Beta.

I'm getting the email notifications haphazardly, but they are coming. It looks like it should be possible to complete the whole bonus without actually sharing anything. Likes should be enough and it is totally possible to hide those from your feed. No spamming friends, you're just boosting Marriott's numbers on those pages.

I signed up using my regular Facebook. I'm thinking of switching over to a "miles" Facebook account. Do anyone know if we can switch Facebook accounts?

Marriott Rewards - Plus Points
After exactly 7 days from liking four marriott pages on facebook they posted that points to my account. That was a very easy 1000 pts. Hope they keep this going for several more months. Just went on facebook and liked a few more to get to the 2000 pt max per 30 days.
