Can i earn Marriott points when i have dining in Marriott hotel restaurants

Yes, the site (and program name) have changed.
It is now https://marriottbonvoyasia.com/R+B (the site also covers spa discounts). Still the focus is Asia.
If you go to a hotel in Sydney, Australia you will be bombarded with the below marketing chochka.
As an aside, I have 2 submissions for points pending for restaurant bookings and they have taken over 2 months now to process. With SPG these were resolved very quickly but requests to [email protected] and the [email protected] email addresses have not been responded to. I suspect they are not ideal to handle missing points from dining at the hotel but not staying as a guest.
Anyone know a better contact point to get these resolved?
