There was one guy who said he was able to change his choice after the fact, but I think that was on a case by case basis.

I booked 4 stays next week (enough to get me the 2 certs).

But with the whole de-valuation I think I will change to Hilton or Hyatt. (I hate certs, so this was the last "straw" to help me change)
