AMX doesn't seem to work... I'm coming up empty when I use it everywhere. Our company travel agent, Rosenbluth, merged with American Express. Was able to make a reservation last month using RIA, but RIA is no longer valid.

Question about the NPR Rate. If a hotel shows a rate which start ENT does that mean I can book it for that rate if I am an entertainment member, i.e. joined the program?
Thanks for any help.

Yes, you can book the Entertainment rate online via the NPR code, but be sure to bring your Entertainment card with you, though, as they will ask for it at checkin.

I tried NPR for a Residence Inn. It gave me a cheaper rate than AAA, but under the rate rules it says: "VIP Athletic Rate: Valid Card Holding Members. . ." The ENT code on a separate search for this hotel wouldn't work.
I remember Socrates cautioning us not to book VIP rates. I am puzzled and wonder if anyone has an opinion on this one please. BTW, I booked the AAA rate.

Thanks, Socrates, I appreciate your help as always. You are so patient and giving to all of us. My question is still why does the NPR rate (which people here have said is a version of ENT) show up in the rules as the VIP rate? Is NPR related to VIP or ENT?

They will likely ask for documentation from one of the specific companies in Texas.
