Does anyoene else's points not post?
Hi,
I spent 4 days at a Marriott in Beijing 3 or 4 weeks ago, and another 3 days at London County Hall last week. No points have posted for either stay. Normally points have always posted within days of any stay (I book online and invoices from both stays state that I am receiving points plus the elite bonus). Is it just me having trouble, or is this part of the "website not functional" issue that seems to be happening?

2 weeks ago I stayed at the County Hall, too. The points posted about 1 week after check-out. IMO, the posting of points is currently slower compared to last year. So points post, but 3-4 weeks seams to be already too long to expect that the points will show up in your account automatically ...

I have had some amount of trouble with international marriott hotel stays posting to my account. I suggest you call customer service, fax the bill directly to them, and the points should be posted within two days

I spoke to a friendly CR at Marriott who told me to fax the documentation directly to him and he'd take care of it. Hopefully that does the trick.
I sure hope this isn't a new trend. I never had any problems before.

I have a helluva time with South American stays. It's hit or miss whether they post, and when they do, the are always WAY off.
For example I recently stayed at the Marriott Santiago. They gave me 1621 points for a 5 night stay...thats $162. Trust me, I didnt have THAT good of a rate! Of course a fax of the bill fixes things up, but it's a hassle to always chase your points. It seems to me that they have some issues with the currency conversion algorithym.
