the Pattaya Marriott & Resort still provides breakfast in either the lounge/restaurant to both G/P members and it is in asia, although some might argue it's in a suburb of Moscow!

Pattaya is a resort with a lounge. It's an odd ball indeed. It's also owned by a fiercely independent, if not hostile (toward Marriott) company.

What seems to be happening is that some Bfst included rates at resorts are now making up for he lack of benefit
