Marriott Website - Corporate/promotional code Space
One of the airlines with whom I am a Frequent Flyer recently sent out, with its statement, an ad for Marriot Renaissance Hotels with a promotion for an additional 15% off the "Cultural Escape" and "Weekend Escape" packages.
The problem is that the code is 4 letters long, and the Corporate/promotional code space on the Marriott website "Find and Reserve" page will take only three alphanumerics. This means I cannot enter the code (it trims the four letters to three and then says that promotion is not offered).
Can this be fixed, or will I have to call Reservations to use the promotion?

I think this is the OTP promotion, it should come up with an extra box saying if you are paying with AMEX you get additional 15% off.

Thanks all. It wasn't the AmEx offer; it was KLM's offer (code KLMZ, valid 1 May through 31 July, don't know if you have to show FD card).
Am I correct then, that, that this is good only on call-in reservations?
