AAA Stay 3 get 1 Free Promo
Has anyone who signed up for this offer received their coupons?
After patiently waited 10 days since the promotion ended June 30,I called Marriott customer service. Agent said that I must call AAA for information. Called AAA and was told Marriott should handle it. Called Marriott again and after a LONG time on hold, was told somehow we were not signed up for the promo.(I absolutely did call the 800 # given right on these boards to register for the promotion.) Gave our AAA #. Agent said she would put through a request for the certificates (3!!! as we had 11 paid weekend nights).
I am very curious as to whether anyone else received their free night coupons or contacted Marriott regarding this promotion.

I had emailed Marriott and asked them if I was registered about a month ago. They said I was and the certs would come after the promo was done. I haven't received them yet but am not worried... only due 1 cert (all my stays are during the week)

I'm still waiting (not so patiently) for a missing stay from early June to post to earn one additional free night. I mailed a copy of the bill in late June and still haven't heard anything.

Called Marriott Rewards missing stay phone number today (801-468-4000) and asked if the AAA certificates would show up online like the Take Two certificates (posts as a W14 certificate with 0 points). The rep said "Good question", he went away to check and came back with "The certs are being bulk mailed on Monday" (7/15/02). I forgot to ask if he was able to see if the system confirmed that I registered. I guess the key word is still "patience".

It's now been a week since 07/15/2002. And it's been over three weeks since the end of June. Has any received their AAA certificates? Or does anyone have updated news?

REVEIVED CERTS ON 7/26!
I checked my account online and award X14 was posted. Waiting to receive in mail box. Required 2 phone calls to customer service. Was sent out on 7/22/

Three X14 certificates were posted to account on 7/25, but I have not received them as yet.It took three phone calls to customer service to get this far. THANK YOU again, Marriott!

I called today and they said they didn't know why It wasn't sent yet.. she said she would process my certs today.. I don't know why we all have to call to get these.. a serious glitch in their system

Called Friday. They "are having trouble with the promotion. Will put in work order to technical team. Should get certs in 2-3 weeks". As of today, no X14 posts to my acct. Expecting 2 certs.
