I was in the area recently, and passed by the hotel looking for a parking space. It was indeed really quite noisy, bullhorns, drums, tamborines, etc. I am really glad I was not staying there.
Of course I was there on a Saturday afteroon, but I sure would not want to hear that noise in the morning.
