<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Imagine going on a long-awaited vacation, only to be roused from bed at 6 every morning by loudspeakers and chanting! What rights do you have if the hotel you've booked is too noisy?</font>

I was in the area recently, and passed by the hotel looking for a parking space. It was indeed really quite noisy, bullhorns, drums, tamborines, etc. I am really glad I was not staying there.

Of course I was there on a Saturday afteroon, but I sure would not want to hear that noise in the morning.
