AT&T Long Distance & Marriott Reward Points
I signed up for AT&T long distance more than 120 days ago. I have still not received the 5,000 bonus points after my 30 days of service. I have called many times and I am still not getting anywhere. AT&T tells me I have to contact Marriott Rewards and Marriott Rewards tells me to contact AT&T. Any suggestions or specific individual to contact?

Guess I was fortunate, mine appeared in my account within about eight weeks.
In circumstances like these, I always write letters. Start with AT&T, since its their bonus, but cc: Marriott on the letter.

My experience is that the fault lies with AT&T. Kepp calling until you get a helpful rep. When I finally found one, my points posted within two weeks.
