New Elite card?

New Elite card?
I made Marriot Silver long ago, and still have not received any elite card yet, do they send those out at all?

I made Gold a few weeks ago and called Marriott last week. They told me my card had been ordered and that it took 4-6 weeks from the date of change to Gold.

In my case (conversion of CC basic to Silver), they never apparently sent the first card, and when I requested a new one, it took a little over a month.

Wrote emails to them 4 days ago, and still haven't gotten a reply from them. Compared to Hilton's CS, Marriott really sucks.

Finally got an answer back from Marriott. A new elite card will be send to me!
