Late checkout

I am staying at either Broomfield CO Renaissance or the the Louisville CO CY next week. Whats the typical late checkout policy? I have a 1am flight out of DIA on Fri night/Sat morning., I am thinking even if I have to pay for the extra night I would like to stay at the hotel til 9pm or so. Do I still get an extra night stay credit if I check out before midnight? I am Gold if that matters

If they cannot give you a late enough check out, ask for a day rate. You might get it. And if you do have to pay for the night, you don't have to be there to check out. Express check out will check you out automatically. Set your account preferences to email you your folio, and you'll get it by email (usually within a couple days of check out). You should definitely get your night credit. They're not going to check to make sure you slept in your bed.

I would let the hotel know about your late flight and ask the hotel what is the latest you can stay for a late check-out. If you don't mind spending a couple of hours in the lobby or hotel restaurant before your flight, you may not have to pay for an extra night.

That's been the same for me. When I travel for work I will often wait to check out until after I'm finished with court in the morning. They will let me come back, clean up, and check out up to around 3pm.

Does anyone know if Marriott has an early check-in policy?

I will be arriving at the hotel around 10 or 11am on a Sunday morning. It is the Wardman Park Marriott in DC which I think is not so touristy on the weekends so there should be plenty of available rooms. Will they let me check in early?

Generally if you arrive early and the room is ready they don't care when you check in. Best luck is to be flexible with room and not insist on 2 beds connecting with a view - if you do NEED a room with all this you maybe stuck if the current occupant demands a 3pm checkout you have to wait for that room to be made ready- then Just arrive and let them know any room will be fine.

All boils down to getting the prior occupants out and the rooms cleaned. Hotels try hard to clean all the departures first then do stay overs last so they have rooms ready early. However weekends people tend to stay till noon or later where weekdays business folks are out by 9 or 10 often, so early arrivals can be tougher on weekends.

OK, so it is pretty much standard with any hotel. I thought the Marriott may have it's own rules. Thanks for the info.
