If they cannot give you a late enough check out, ask for a day rate. You might get it. And if you do have to pay for the night, you don't have to be there to check out. Express check out will check you out automatically. Set your account preferences to email you your folio, and you'll get it by email (usually within a couple days of check out). You should definitely get your night credit. They're not going to check to make sure you slept in your bed.
