You would think. Not so much.

Check the sticky at the top of the Marriott Forum or call the hotel directly and ask. I was at a hotel this weekend that had the lounge open all weekend, but it wasn't staffed or restocked. You could get a Diet Pepsi or water, but that was about it.

The hotel might think a room with a bathrobe warrants a higher rate, even if the lounge is closed.

would still call the hotel directly to confirm that the concierge lounge is open on the weekend. I have experienced a misleading concierge level room bookable for a weekend reservation. The room IS located on the concierge level however the lounge is closed.

If club access is important to you, CALL and VERIFY that the lounge is open. Very common for Marriott & Sheraton to sell "club/concierge" level ROOMS (at a premium) on the web site but close the lounge for the weekend. Been there several times!

Funny (or sad) that 3 of us said essentially the same thing in the space of 5 minutes without knowing of the duplication !

That's kind of interesting. Sounds like the lounge is fully open, with the exception of only beer & wine being offered on Friday-Sat vs. full bar. Which property is it?

Oh - and as others said, either call the property to confirm or check the exec lounge sticky:

Cheers.
