Marriott website email address problems?

I tired to login to my account this morning and it says my email address is wrong. So I use my account number.

Now I am trying to book a stay and no matter what email address I use, it gives me a "Email is in invalid format" error.

Marriott must be losing millions on this!

I don't have any issues logging in at the moment. I was even able to log in with my wife's account with no issues.

I might suggest giving MR a call and see if they can help you.

Interesting. Ive now tried 2 different computers and 3 browsers.

I can not put ANY email address in when trying to book a room without getting that error.

Which means I can NOT book a room!

It appears that something was "rolled back" on my account. It had my street address from 4 years ago and no email address on my profile.

I updated both of these and now it works fine.

I few years ago I had a silent data corruption that impacted my password. I wrote an article about the problem.
