Global Promo Switching
Has anyone had any luck switching to the Delta 60,000 miles promo after completing either the Stay 25 nights get 40,000 points or the 2 free nights offer. Thanks in advance

I originally registered for the free night promo, then switched and registered for the Delta promo, then switched back. I'm still showing registered for both.
That being said, I never accumulated any stays on the Delta promo yet, so can't say 100% that the stays would credit...but it is possible to switch.

Follow the rules of the MR program and you'll have no problems.
