I am staying at the FFI in Hazelton PA and it is by far the best FFI I have ever visited. I second all the comments made by sophiegirl. The in room DVD player and on site free DVD offerings exceed the norm for ANY class of Marriott branded property. I booked the room at a $99 rate, when I checked in I was asked if I was calling on a local company (which I was) the exceptional young lady at the desk checked and told me that that company had a rate that lowered my cost to $84--unheard of in all my years with Marriott!
With service and staff like this it is no surprise that this property has a showcase of awards that I have never seen before. I typically stay in full service Marriotts and Rens--they should all take a leson in hospitality from this location...

And I bet that this FFI has some of the highest occupancy levels of any hotel in in FFI brand, far better than it should for its location, probably even better than other Marriott brands. Just a guess.
