Just stayed here last night.

Nice newer hotel, seems like a typical Aloft but the lobby and first floor area seems a little larger than normal ones -- more seating, etc.

Recognized as a platinum guest and given a breakfast coupon. Was also allowed to pick from points or local amenity (chocolate-covered pretzels). I chose points. As someone else mentioned, the room had a small plate of strawberries and chocolate brownies, along with a perrier.

Breakfast coupon is for a made-to-order breakfast sandwich or a pre-made breakfast burrito, coffee, and juice. They let me have an espresso (latte) instead of the drip coffee.

I thought in most Aloft hotels the drip coffee was free in the morning?

email address for Aloft Broomfield

Hello

I apologize if there is a thread for this, I could not find one.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could share an email address for the front desk/manager/anyone at Aloft Broomfield. I attempted to cancel a reservation and found out that it required 2 days notice. Bummer. Now would like to find out how I can receive a receipt.

2 days? Why?

Thank you,
-SR

Follow the instructions in the wiki here to locate a hotel's email address.

Feel free to add it to the property master thread once you have found it.

Edit: Oh, and here's a tip. Do not ask the property WHY they have a 48 hr cancellation policy (many do, some even have 72 hr cancellation policies). Instead, be very contrite, and put the blame on yourself for not reading the cancellation policy carefully, and ask nicely if they will let you cancel without a penalty. Good luck!
