I could not find their email address. Why Marriott chains make it so difficult to find the hotel email address? Other chains have the email us function on each property's web page. Anyone can help? It is also my experience that bringing the GC to the front desk a few hours before checking out works the best unless it is an early a.m. departure at which point I try and pay the night before (which is sometimes more difficult because the last night has not posted yet). Recent uses at the Marriott TYO and SEL Renaissance were uneventful. |
