I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is very modern (looks like a W hotel). Great suites if you get an upgrade with florr to ceiling windows. The downside is it is a good drive to go to Quebec either by the Ferry boat or go around through the Pierre Laporte bridge. There's not much within walking distance either but the restaurant downstairs (Cosmos) has a great atmosphere and is always very lively.

I did this a couple of summers ago with the wife and kids and decided to stay at the Chateau Frontenac and found out that not only is it vastly overpriced but the rooms where terrible. If it were me I wouldn't even think of staying there.
