Done with Marriott - How to Share experience to C Level
I have been part of the Marriott Rewards ecosystem for over 20 years, investing a great deal of time and money in various Marriott branded products and services and earning Marriott Lifetime Platinum Elite status.
I am now done with Marriott for good, my recent experience after suffering a serious life changing injury is the final straw. I have endured multiple years of failure post merger with SPG and numerous issues with basic tasks like posting stays, I will shift 100% of my business to Hyatt and not set foot in a Marriott property again.
I would like to share my experience and feedback with leadership, who can I email to ensure that this will be reviewed by the correct personnel as case management at Marriott is truly awful!!!

If it matters that much to you, I would suggest a written, succinct, letter to the Chairman's office will be more effective than any email. Then all you need is the corporate office's address.
Sorry to hear about your injury too, I wish you luck on the road to recovery/normality.

Thanks, to all those people chasing lifetime status with Marriott do not waste your time, it has been oneway (downhill) since the Starwood acquisition, they have grown so big, they do no not care at all. Terrible IT and case management system, spend your money with Hilton or Hyatt, at least they have a clear escalation path.

So you are not done with Marriott for good. You would like to ensure that this will be reviewed by the correct personnel. Why? Because you want a response or some resolution? If you are done, just move on.

I think we can all feel similar feelings, but would be curious if you would share here. And sadly, as we all know, a complaint isn't going to change anything.
